Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the “Tuning Grilles” section and “Radiator Grilles”?
“Radiator grilles” are complete grilles, both tuning and factory-style replacements for the original part. “Tuning grilles” include the same grilles plus parts for changing the look of the front end: kidneys, surrounds, carbon covers, gills, lower bumper grilles, fog light grilles, and grille lips.
Will a grille for Vito W447 fit a V-class?
No, the grilles for Vito W447 and V-class are separate — the product name specifies “for Vito W447” or “for V-class,” and for V-class it also specifies the years 2014–2019 or 2019–2023. Choose the version for your vehicle.
What are gills and where are they installed?
These are side vent trims sold as a right and left set. The catalog includes gills for Range Rover L322 in the Autobiography style, fender gills for Range Rover Sport 2010–2013, for Discovery IV, and for BMW X5 F15.
Are carbon and carbon aqua print the same thing?
No. Parts marked “Carbon” or “Dry Carbon” are made of natural carbon fiber, while “carbon aqua print” is ABS plastic with a decorative carbon-look film. The material is specified in the product characteristics.
Does the grille lip need to be painted?
Yes, parts marked “for painting” are painted to match the body color before installation. The fiberglass lip for Volkswagen T5 and the grille for Mercedes Vito W639 are bonded with glass adhesive sealant, which is not included in the set.
