How to return and exchange goods

Thanks to it, the procedure for the return by the buyer of an unsuitable or unnecessary product is always clear, there are no errors or malfunctions. But for this, you must first correctly fill out a special form. After that, the Digital Designs client will be able to return the purchased products in a short period of time, and the organization will make a full assessment of the current unpleasant situation.
The management of the company is well aware that it is almost impossible to notice some defects during the purchase or receipt of goods by mail. In addition, there may be cases when problems with the goods arise after the expiration of the period established in the country for the return of goods by the consumer, which is equal to 14 days. In such situations, Digital Designs always goes to meet its customers. But for this, it is recommended to preserve the presentation of the product, the proper appearance of its packaging, do not throw out the box, do not glue the purchase. Compliance with these simple conditions will help to complete the return procedure quickly and without problems. If the product is defective, does not fit your car - we pay all costs.

- Notify the manager (phone number in the header of the site)
- Download and fill out the return certificate ;
- Attach a check or payment *;
- Send the goods along with the questionnaire to the Nova Poshta department;
- Report TTN number.

Conditions for accepting a return
- It is forbidden to paste over the original packaging with adhesive tape (if it is colored);
- All items must be wrapped in stretch film. If the product consists of several parts, each part must be wrapped separately;
- It is forbidden to send goods by cash on delivery;
- You pay for the delivery of the goods (except in cases of our error or defective goods)
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the item. During this time, we do an examination and inspection.
- Refunds are made EXCLUSIVELY to a PrivatBank card or to an IBAN account of any other bank.
