Hyundai Tucson JM tuning 2004–2010 — Page 13

For the first-generation Hyundai Tucson (JM body, 2004–2010), DD Tuning offers vehicle-specific stainless protection: bull bars, front bars, rear hoop and side bars — plus side steps, roof rail cross bars, cabin and trunk mats, window deflectors, mud flaps, chrome trims, dash trim, a spoiler and fog lights. All products on this page are selected specifically for JM; ix35 and Tucson TL have separate sections.

How not to mix up Tucson JM with ix35 and Tucson TL

Tucson JM was produced from 2004 to 2009–2010, and in 2010 its successor — the ix35 — appeared. If your Tucson is a 2010 model year, double-check the body by front-end photos: parts from different generations are not interchangeable. Also, don’t install protection from a Kia Sportage instead of a model-specific kit for Tucson JM — choose products for your exact body.

What stainless protection is available for the first-generation Tucson

• Bull bars WT002, WT003 (60 mm tube), WT004, WT022 and WT025 from Turkish manufacturer CAN, plus Winbo V2 by Libao; WT models are also available in black (Black).
• Front protection ST008 and ST014 — also in polished and black versions.
• Rear hoop AK002 and side bars BB002 (2 pcs.).

Model-specific products come with a fitting kit and mount to factory points, with no bumper drilling. Front protection, side bars and rear hoop are sold separately. Before ordering a rear hoop, check that it won’t interfere with a tow bar. Some bull bars have a plate with lettering — confirm availability of the lettering on your chosen model when ordering.

Which side steps and roof rack fit Tucson JM

In the side steps section you’ll find wide platforms by Erkul (Allmond, Maya, Tayga, Bosphorus, RedLine, Duru, Line, Rainbow, Sunrise, Shining, Mevsim, New Vision, Fullmond, Maydos with stainless) and BlackLine by Omsa, as well as Premium tubular stainless steps with a 60 mm tube. Steps are mounted with brackets to factory points; the mounting hardware is included. To make the steps look like one set with the bull bar, choose the same tube diameter.

Cross bars for standard roof rails — Skybar, Wizard, WingCarrier, Can, Flybar, and lockable cross bars, in grey or black. Options differ by the maximum distance between the rails (up to 105, 110, 138 or 140 cm; Wizard is 115–150 cm), so measure it on your vehicle before ordering. For bulky loads, there’s a 100 × 120 cm roof basket.

Which mats to choose for Hyundai Tucson JM

• EVA by Digital Designs — black, grey, brown, blue, beige; the EVA trunk mat is a separate two-piece item.
• Rubber Carsuit, Stingray Premium and Polytep, 3D polyurethane Stingray, plus a Stingray 3D trunk mat and a Carsuit rubber trunk mat.
• Textile Classic, Premium and Deluxe with matching trunk mats.

A cabin set does not include a trunk mat — choose it separately.

More for the exterior and interior

Window deflectors by HIC and Niken Luxury with chrome molding (4 pcs., double-sided tape), mud flaps Premium made of rubber-plastic (4 pcs., factory mounting points), chrome trims Carmos in stainless — for handles, pillars, sills and window surround, Flexill door sill plates (Sport and Exclusive), turn signal repeater grilles, Omsa Line bumper grille, spoiler Meliset in fiberglass for painting, Libao halogen fog lights, and a self-adhesive emblem 125 × 65 mm. For the cabin — dash trim in wood, carbon, aluminum or titanium look; it’s selected by transmission type and climate control layout, so send the manager a photo of your dashboard.
