Warranty
DD Tuning provides a warranty for products for 1 month from the date you receive your order. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under proper use of the product.
1. Standard warranty
If you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us using the details provided on the Website. We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution: product replacement, repair, refund, or another mutually agreed option.
To process a warranty claim, if possible, please provide:
- the order number or a document confirming the purchase;
- a photo or video of the detected defect;
- a brief description of the circumstances under which the malfunction occurred.
2. Additional 1-year warranty
At the customer’s request, DD Tuning offers an additional warranty for 1 year. It becomes effective after the standard warranty ends and applies to warranty cases according to the terms on this page.
Cost of the additional warranty:
- for EVA and Carusit mats — 399 UAH;
- for headlights and rear lights — 10% of the product price.
The additional warranty is purchased when placing the order. It does not apply to cases listed in the section “Cases not covered by the warranty”.
3. Cases not covered by the warranty
The standard and additional warranties do not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- mechanical damage caused by the customer: impacts, scratches, cracks, deformation, etc.;
- road accidents, crashes, dropping the product, or other external influences;
- incorrect installation, use, or care;
- self-repair, modification, or interference with the product design;
- using the product for purposes other than intended;
- damage to the product during removal/dismantling;
- applying a product and then removing it, if this led to loss of appearance, deformation, damage to the adhesive layer, or damage to the product itself;
- normal wear and tear during use.
4. Returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality
If the product doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like it, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product’s appearance, consumer properties, completeness, packaging, seals, tags are preserved, and there are no signs of use or installation.
DD Tuning aims to be customer-focused, so in certain situations we may agree to a return or exchange even after 14 days. This is considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we will try to find a convenient solution.
Products with signs of installation, use, damage, or altered appearance may not be eligible for return as goods of proper quality.
5. How to request a return or warranty service
Contact our team using the details provided on the Website and state your order number and the reason for your request. For a warranty claim, if possible, attach a photo or video of the defect. We will provide further instructions on shipping the product, exchange, refund, or warranty review.
6. Important
These terms do not limit the customer’s rights under current Ukrainian legislation. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law and the terms specified on the Website.
