    Most Omsa Line and Carmos kits are self-adhesive — they are applied to a degreased surface of the slats. The Panamericana GT grille for Sprinter W907/W910 is installed in the factory mounting points in place of the original grille. The mounting method is specified in the characteristics of each product.
    The grille changes with the facelift, and for some models it depends on the hood shape or trim level. Compare the years in the name and the photos with your grille: the upper grille, lower grille, and bumper grille are sold as separate sets.
    A chrome trim is decorative; it does not cover the grille openings. A winter cover blocks the openings so the engine warms up faster in cold weather, and it is sold in a separate section.

    How it works

    1. Fit the trims Without removing the protective film from the tape, place each strip against its slat and check that the length and curve match.
    2. Wash the grille Remove dirt, insects, and polish residue from the slats, especially in the corners, and let the grille dry completely.
    3. Degrease the surface Wipe the areas for the tape with a degreaser or alcohol wipe. Do not use aggressive solvents — they may damage the grille plastic.
    4. Warm up in cold weather Apply in dry warmth. If it’s cool, gently warm the slat and the tape with a hair dryer.
    5. Apply one strip at a time Gradually peel off the film, apply the strip from the center to the edges, and align it with the edge of the slat, not with the adjacent trim.
    6. Press down and let it set Press each trim firmly along its entire length. Do not wash the car right after installation so the tape can fully bond.
