Extended warranty for EVA and rubber mats Carsuit

The extended warranty is valid for 12 months from the date the customer receives the product. It applies to our in-house EVA mats and to Carsuit brand rubber mats. If damage occurs or the product loses its properties during normal use, we provide a free replacement.

Warranty cases

• Tears or cracks in the material during normal use.
• Heavy wear of the mat (e.g., in the driver’s heel area).
• Fading or significant loss of color.
• Deformation causing the mat to no longer keep the floor contours.
• Detachment or damage of the edging.
• Delamination of the material.
• Cuts or punctures caused by sharp objects.

Not covered by warranty

• Damage from open flame or hot objects (e.g., cigarettes).
• Damage caused by intentional mechanical impact.
• Loss or theft of the mat.
• Damage resulting from use not as intended.
• Damage caused by exposure to strong chemicals.
