Opel Vivaro A Tuning 2001–2015

For Opel Vivaro A model years 2001–2015, DD Tuning offers stainless steel bull bars and protection bars, side steps and side tubes for short and long wheelbases, roof rails and cross bars, dashboard shelves, winter grille covers, window wind deflectors and a bonnet deflector, wheel arch trims and rear bumper protectors, headlight brows, spoilers, fog lights, an auxiliary heater, and model-specific floor mats. Before choosing, determine four things: front end before or after the 2007 facelift, dashboard before or after 2010, wheelbase, and the cab seating layout.

What depends on the 2001–2015 Vivaro version

The 1+1 and 1+2 labels refer to the seating layout, not the number of mats: 1+1 means driver seat plus a single passenger seat, 1+2 means driver seat plus a double passenger bench. The templates are different. Around the 2007 and 2010 changeover points, compare the grille, bumper, and dashboard shape with the product photos.

Bull bars, side steps, and roof carrying

• Bull bars CAN in stainless steel — WT003-Plus, WT003-4, WT003-15, WT018, QT-Spec, F1-01, some also in Black finish; front protection bars ST008, ST014 and ST014/2.
• Rear protection bars AK002, AK005, AK006, AK-Special, AK003-Plus-2, plus AK003 corner bars, single and double.
• Side steps: aluminium Erkul — Allmond, Fullmond, RedLine, Duru, Rainbow, Maya, Line — BlackLine by Omsa Line, and stainless side tubes with 60 or 70 mm diameter. Short-wheelbase steps do not fit the long wheelbase.
• Roof rails in black, chrome, Skyport, and integrated styles; plus cross bars with or without a lock and a roof basket with net 125×200 cm.

Front, windows, and body

Winter covers come as upper (for the 2001–2007 or 2007–2015 grille), middle — above the plate, and lower — below the plate; they mount over the factory grille, and you can install the upper, middle, and lower together. The bonnet deflector is available in short (EuroCap) and long (EuroCap, HIC): the short version runs between the headlights, the long version extends over them. Window wind deflectors for 2 windows are available as stick-on EuroCap, Sunplex Sport, Niken, HIC, and in-channel HIC and Niken Luxury.

For the body, there are arch extensions (4 pcs, black, separately for 2001–2007 and 2007–2015) and stainless/chrome arch trims, rear bumper protectors in ABS plastic (EuroCap, Esa, DDU) and stainless steel (Omsa, Carmos V1 and V2) — installed over the factory bumper. Also available: headlight brows in Fly-style and Porsche-style, a roof spoiler and the Anatomik spoiler for barn doors ready for painting, brackets, and halogen fog lights.

Interior

Dashboard shelves by Digital Designs are made in-house separately for the 2001–2010 and 2010–2014 dashboards, in different colours and with different stitching. There are dashboard trims by Meric (small and large set), a leather gearshift boot, an auxiliary heater with one or two blowers, and model-specific EVA mats, Stingray rubber mats, Polytep, Carsuit, and carpet mats.

Vivaro A is built on the same platform as Renault Trafic 2001–2015 and Nissan Primastar, but their grilles, emblems, and lettering on parts differ. That’s why it’s safer to choose items from your exact model page. For newer generations, see Vivaro 2015–2019 and Vivaro from 2019.
