Renault Universal Mud Flaps Polytep (230*375, 2 pcs)

Description

Polytep mud flaps 230×375 for Renault are a pair (2 pcs) of black rubber mud flaps with a width of 23 cm, a height of 37.5 cm, and a thickness of 0.35 cm. The listing states “For Renault” without model and years, and the product type is “limited universal”: the item does not follow the wheel-arch contour of a specific model, so compatibility is determined by measuring and test fitting.

Which Renault models Polytep 230×375 mud flaps fit

The listing does not name the model or production years, so compatibility with a particular Renault is not claimed. This is not a model-specific “OEM-style” kit: it is selected by size. Before ordering, compare 23 × 37.5 cm with the space behind your wheel and consider the bumper, sills, and body kit — they change the fit of any mud flaps. If you are unsure, send the manager a side photo of the wheel arch: they will help verify the size.

What’s included and what they’re made of

• manufacturer — Polytep;
• material — rubber, color black;
• size — width 23 cm, height 37.5 cm, thickness 0.35 cm;
• package contents — 2 pcs;
• installation type — “to factory mounting points”.

The listing does not say whether the pair is intended for the front or rear wheels. To cover all four wheels, you need two pairs. Some universal pairs work on both axles, but the front and rear arches differ, so check each axle separately.

How to match the mud flap size to the wheel arch

1. Measure the space behind the wheel: the width the mud flap can cover, and the height from the mounting point downward with clearance above the ground.
2. Test fit the mud flap to the arch without fastening: one that’s too short protects too little, and one that’s too large may stick out and catch on curbs.
3. Make sure it does not press against the sill, side step, or bumper trims.
4. Only after that, fasten it at the selected points.

Universal items sometimes need to be slightly trimmed or bent to match the arch, so leave yourself some margin for test fitting.

Are mounting parts included

The package is listed as “2 pcs” — meaning only the mud flaps themselves. Clips, brackets, or self-tapping screws are not mentioned in the listing. Universal rubber mud flaps are usually screwed to the wheel-arch liner or bumper, so prepare mounting hardware in advance; it’s best to уточнить the set contents with the manager.
