Range Rover Velar 2017- SVR Tuning Body Kit

Description

The SVR body kit from GBT is a set of complete bumpers for Range Rover Velar L560 from 2017 onward, which transforms the front and rear of the car in a sporty style (this kit is also searched for as “Velar SVA”). The bumpers are made of composite polypropylene (PP) and are shipped in five packages; the largest box is 218 × 80 × 69 cm.

What is shown in the SVR kit on the Velar?

The list of items is not specified in the product specifications, so refer to the product card photos and уточнюйте the contents with the manager before ordering. The photos show:

• complete front bumper assembly with lower grilles;
• front radiator grille with a honeycomb pattern;
• rear bumper with cutouts for exhaust tips;
• brackets and reinforcements for mounting the bumpers.

The front or rear SVR bumper is not sold separately — only as a kit.

How is SVR different from the BodyKit-1 kit for the Velar?

For Range Rover Velar 2017+ there are two kits from GBT on the website. SVR replaces the bumpers completely, BodyKit-1 is a set of two parts that are installed on the factory bumpers.

If you want to change only the grille or only the rear end, these parts are also available as separate products. All body kits for this model are collected on the page body kits for Range Rover Velar, other accessories — in the section tuning Range Rover Velar 2017+.

Will the kit fit my Velar?

The kit is designed for Range Rover Velar 2017+ (L560 body). The model has been produced since 2017, and in 2023 it received a facelift, so compatibility should not be determined only by the year in the documents. If the car already has non-OEM bumpers or it is a post-facelift version, send the manager photos from the front, rear, and side — this way compatibility will be checked before ordering.

What to consider during installation and painting?

In the product card photos the bumpers are shown in gray, without painting to match the body color. Before painting, the kit is test-fitted on the car: symmetry, mounts, and gaps are checked, and only after that the parts are prepared for paint. The shade is selected according to the actual body color.

During the test fit, check separately the holes for parking sensors, the camera, and headlight washers: they may only be marked. The headlight washer mechanisms are transferred from the factory bumper by cutting openings for them. Match the rear bumper exhaust cutouts to the location of your pipes.

The kit can be installed at the network of certified DD Tuning service centers — the manager will suggest the nearest one. For complete bumpers, an experienced body shop technician is required, because this is a replacement of the front and rear sections of the car, not add-on trims.
