The order was accepted, the mats were made quite quickly. Upon receiving them, it turned out that the central mat did not fit. I called, they said I needed to send it back. I sent it, they received it, and for about two weeks there was no reaction.
I decided to call and find out what the delay was and what the situation was in general. It turned out that the person who handled it was not at work and no one knew about my problem. As a result, the employee who answered the call said he would take care of my issue.
In the end, they sent a remade mat, which also turned out not to fit!!!!!!
