Suzuki Swace is a C-segment hybrid estate that Suzuki sold in Europe from late 2020 as a twin of the Toyota Corolla Touring Sports: both cars were assembled on the same production line at Toyota’s plant in Burnaston (United Kingdom). Under the hood there was only Toyota’s 1.8-liter full hybrid: up to 2023 it made 122 hp, and after the facelift it made 140 hp and did 0–100 km/h in 9.4 s instead of 11.1. Production ended in 2024, and sales in Europe were phased out during 2025–2026, so today the Swace is a used-market offering. Here is what this car is, how it differs from the Corolla, and what to do about accessories.

How Suzuki Swace differs from Toyota Corolla Touring Sports
Technically, it does not: the TNGA-C platform, body, hybrid system, suspension, and interior all come from the Toyota Corolla Touring Sports. Suzuki changed the grille, front bumper, badges, and trim, and it did not offer the 2.0-liter 196 hp hybrid—Swace was always only with the “smaller” 1.8 L. The difference was in price and in the approach to trim levels: in the UK, a Swace cost about £2,500 less than a comparable Corolla with similar equipment. For the owner, this means one simple thing: parts, consumables, and most accessories for the Corolla Touring Sports 2019– fit the Swace without reservations, except for front-end pieces.
What the 2023 facelift changed
The update was unveiled in February 2023 and went on sale in March. Externally, changes are minimal: different headlights (on higher versions, bi-LED with a new light signature), revised rear lights, and a rear bumper with chrome inserts. The main change happened under the hood: the Swace received Toyota’s fifth-generation hybrid. The electric motor became more powerful—70 kW instead of 53—and total output rose from 122 to 140 hp (103 kW), while engine torque remained at 142 N·m. The 0–100 km/h sprint dropped from 11.1 to 9.4 s, while consumption stayed at 4.5–4.6 L/100 km, and the EV-only range increased slightly.
Inside, there is a digital instrument cluster with three display modes, an 8-inch multimedia screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, and USB-C. Suzuki added Emergency Driving Stop (if the driver does not respond, the car brakes and stops on its own), Safe Exit Assist door-opening warning, and enhanced pre-collision braking that detects cyclists and motorcyclists and works at intersections.
Swace technical specifications

| Trunk | 596 L behind the rear seats; 1,232 L up to the window line and up to 1,606 L up to the roof with the second row folded | unchanged |
The trunk figures differ across sources due to measurement methods—up to the parcel shelf, up to the windows, or up to the roof—so 596 / 1,232 / 1,606 L describe the same car.
Equipment and trims in Europe
Even the base version (the UK Motion) had dual-zone climate control, heated front seats and steering wheel, a rear-view camera, adaptive cruise control, LED rear lights, and seven airbags. The higher Ultra added bi-LED headlights, front and rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert when reversing, wireless phone charging, and ambient interior lighting. In the UK, 2023 prices were £28,999 for Motion and £30,799 for Ultra; in France, €32,750 and €34,750; in Germany, from €34,800. Suzuki planned to sell about 2,000 Swace a year in the UK.
Is the Swace still on sale, and is it available in Ukraine?
No, there are almost no new Swace cars left. According to Suzuki Motor Poland, production of the model ended in 2024, and during 2025 dealers sold off the last cars with discounts; in Germany, where 888 Swace were registered in 2025, Suzuki stopped sales in early July 2026. The Corolla Touring Sports itself remains in Toyota’s lineup. In Ukraine, the Swace was not officially sold, and it is almost never seen on the used market—on AUTO.RIA in October 2026 there were no listings at all. So if you need exactly this kind of hybrid estate, it is more practical to look for a Corolla Touring Sports or import a Swace from Europe—technically it is the same car.
Which accessories fit the Suzuki Swace
There is no separate Swace section in the catalog, but there is a shared Suzuki tuning section and, more importantly, the Toyota Corolla 2019– section: the Swace has the same body as the Corolla estate, so choose products marked SW (estate). Examples:
- mats — Stingray 3D trunk mats for the estate (upper and lower floor levels) and the rear bridge piece for the cabin;
- wind deflectors — verify the body type: sedan, hatchback, and estate doors differ, and “2013–2019” sets do not fit this generation;
- from universal items — EVA mats made to size, a rear sun visor, bulbs, and car care chemicals.
Front-end parts—the grille, bumper trim pieces, hood deflector—are different between the Swace and the Corolla, so they should be selected only by photos of the specific car. Before ordering, message the manager with the model year and photos: for the Corolla estate 2019, mud flaps and mats were confirmed even when the product photo showed a hatchback.
