A review of the Nissan Murano crossover

The famous Japanese car brand Nissan has several crossover models to its credit. But the elegant Nissan Murano stands out with a special style and design.

Crossover Nissan Murano 2017 model year received an updated exterior and interior. The exterior of the car has become more streamlined and sporty. In front, it is worth highlighting a large radiator grille, which seems to have merged into one with the head optics. The windshield has a large angle of inclination, which gives the car greater streamlining and better aerodynamics. Installing a power body kit will protect the car from minor damage and give it an original design.

Behind the model has also changed. The spoiler above the rear door with a brake light looks harmonious. Optics has become a little smaller, and the rear window, on the contrary, has increased in size. On the side, there are enlarged wheel arches and chrome-plated glass trim. In general, the design of the Nissan Murano turned out to be defiant and memorable. The color scheme of the body was replenished with one more option.

The interior of the crossover has also undergone significant changes. The quality of finishing materials, consisting mainly of leather, leaves no doubt. On the center console is an 8-inch touchscreen display of the multimedia system, with which you can control some functionality. Free space has increased significantly, the car can easily accommodate five people. The luggage compartment has also increased in volume.

The basic equipment includes climate control, an audio system of 11 speakers, a blind spot monitoring system, navigation, power accessories, heated front seats, etc. A 250-horsepower 3.5-liter gasoline engine is located in the engine compartment. The maximum speed is 210 km / h, and acceleration to the first hundred takes 8 seconds. Fuel consumption, according to the manufacturer, is 9 liters per hundred kilometers. A variator is used as a gearbox. The crossover can be equipped with both all-wheel drive and front-wheel drive.

The company's management says that Nissan Murano will soon receive an expanded range of engines, among which there will be a place for a hybrid version. But whether these cars will come to the Ukrainian market is still unknown.
