Anti-Squeak Materials for Lexus LBX 2023– — Page 2

ULTIMATE Sound Absorber PU 15mm noise-absorbing material, based on special polyurethane foams. Material with a developed pyramidal front surface, covered with a sound-transparent elastic latex layer that protects the product from moisture. Has the ability to absorb and dissipate noise in a wide frequency range. The highest efficiency is from 300 to 5000 Hz. It is used to achieve the maximum high sound quality result when installing acoustics. 10 times more effective than standard foam rubbers (sound absorption coefficient up to 95%). The material has the ability to slowly recover after compression (memory effect), does not emit odor and does not stain adjacent surfaces. Application: roof, door cards, panels, interior trim, bottom.
