Mercedes W204 Tuning — Page 50

For the Mercedes C-class W204 (2007–2015), DD Tuning offers two body kit options — C63 AMG and W205 design — plus AMG C63 front bumpers, lips and diffusers (carbon and DPT), spoilers, hoods, Diamond and AMG grilles, LED headlights and tail lights, AMG and Maybach-Style steering wheels, wind deflectors, mud flaps, and floor mats. In 2011 the W204 had a facelift, so headlights, diffusers, mud flaps, and emblems are sold separately for 2007–2011 and 2011–2015 cars.

What’s different before and after the W204 facelift

Body style matters too: Sedan (SD) and wagon (SW) have separate wind deflectors and Stingray 3D trunk mats, Coupe has its own spoiler and trunk mats, and chrome trims for the rear bumper are for SW. Neighboring generations are C-class W203 and C-class W205: body parts are not interchangeable between them.

C63 AMG kit or W205 design

• C63 AMG kit (GBT): AMG C63 front bumper 2011–2014, C63 AMG style rear bumper, and side skirts. Fits pre-facelift cars as well, including 2009.
• W205 design kit (GBT): complete front bumper assembly, grille, rear bumper, exhaust tips, and mounting hardware.

Bumper assemblies are polypropylene, ready for paint, and mount to factory locations. The AMG C63 front bumper is also available separately — with a Diamond Silver grille, Diamond Black, or as a full set; it installs without replacing the fenders or hood. You can install the body kit at DD Tuning’s network of certified service centers — your manager will point you to the nearest one.

How to choose a lip, diffuser, and spoiler

Front lips should be chosen by bumper type, not just by year: carbon splitters are available separately for AMG 2012–2014, AMG-Line 2008–2011, and C63 AMG Sedan 2008–2011; DPT V1 and V2 in gloss black are for 2011–2015. Rear diffusers are designed for an AMG rear bumper (SD or SD/Coupe) and for a specific period — a 2007–2011 diffuser won’t fit a facelift bumper. Spoilers include carbon options for Sedan and Coupe, DPT in gloss black and paintable versions; rear window covers are also available.

Lighting, grilles, and interior

• LED front headlights for 2011–2015 — 2 headlights with standard bulbs and LED modules, direct fit to factory mounting points; not compatible with pre-facelift cars due to the different hood. LED tail lights — sold as pairs.
• Grilles: Diamond Silver, Diamond Black, AMG Silver, and GT Panamericana.
• Steering wheels AMG 2018-Style, AMG 2021-Style, and Maybach-Style in 3pin configuration — black, beige, with wood, carbon, LED, and various button colors.
• AMG exhaust tips, gear shifter knob, HIC and Niken Luxury wind deflectors (4 pcs.), stainless steel chrome trims.

In floor mats — in-house EVA mats by Digital Designs in five colors, Carsuit rubber mats, Stingray Premium and Stingray 3D, and textile mats Classic, Premium, Deluxe; trunk mats are separate for Sedan and Coupe.
